Pineapple Paloma Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Silver Tequila: 240ml/8oz
  • Grapefruit Juice: 295ml/10oz
  • Lime Juice: 120ml/4oz
  • Pineapple Juice: 240ml/8oz
  • Light Agave Nectar: 1 tsp
  • Sparkling Water: 355ml/12oz
  • Ice: 8 cups
  • Pineapple Wedge: 4pcs
  • Salt to garnish rim

Method

  • Add silver tequila, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, light agave nectar and about one cup of ice to a cocktail shaker; then secure the lid, and shake for 15 seconds.
  • Pour some salt onto a small plate, wet the rim of your cocktail glass with water or a lime wedge, then dip your glass to lightly coat with salt.
  • Fill Philips Soda Water Bottle with cold water, twist it to soda maker and press button for sparkling water.
  • Fill your glass with ice and pour the mixture from the shaker. Top with sparkling water and gently stir.
  • Add a pineapple wedge if desired, and enjoy!
