
Pineapple Paloma Cocktail
Ingredients
- Silver Tequila: 240ml/8oz
- Grapefruit Juice: 295ml/10oz
- Lime Juice: 120ml/4oz
- Pineapple Juice: 240ml/8oz
- Light Agave Nectar: 1 tsp
- Sparkling Water: 355ml/12oz
- Ice: 8 cups
- Pineapple Wedge: 4pcs
- Salt to garnish rim
Method
- Add silver tequila, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, light agave nectar and about one cup of ice to a cocktail shaker; then secure the lid, and shake for 15 seconds.
- Pour some salt onto a small plate, wet the rim of your cocktail glass with water or a lime wedge, then dip your glass to lightly coat with salt.
- Fill Philips Soda Water Bottle with cold water, twist it to soda maker and press button for sparkling water.
- Fill your glass with ice and pour the mixture from the shaker. Top with sparkling water and gently stir.
- Add a pineapple wedge if desired, and enjoy!
